Green Joker Poker's player's accounts are managed by Bluesquare (a Rank Interactive company licensed in Alderney). All monies are held by Bluesquare and Bluesquare handle all online support and customer service. If you feel you are not getting the service you require then please contact us direct.

Why is my account locked?

Your identity needs to be verified to prevent fraud, it is not always possible to do this immediately. Simply contact customer services and it can be resolved, you may need to fax/email ID.

Players who have an active Bluesq Poker account cannot have a Green Joker Poker account and vice versa.
